The Brisbane Strikers would like to advise members and supporters that the club has appointed Jade North as Senior Head Coach effective immediately.

Jade will continue to be available for selection in a playing capacity alongside his new coaching responsibilities. The former Socceroo brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent more than two decades in professional football, making his NSL debut with Brisbane Strikers in 1998.

This decision was made by the club prior to our recent FQPL1 fixture against Logan Lightning and was kept in-house to minimize outside distractions ahead of that match.

The club would like to thank departing Head Coach Andre Meyer for his efforts with the team during his time with the club and wish him success in his future endeavours.
