Brisbane Strikers is thrilled to confirm the appointment of Scott Wheeler as our new Club Events Manager.

In this newly created position, Scott will apply his considerable experience and expertise to help the club increase the volume and impact of events that we host both in-house and with the wider community.

Scott brings a background as senior logistics and operations executive with more than 20 years of international experience leading complex supply chain transformations across the retail and industrial sectors.

He has held leadership roles spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America, with responsibility for multi-country operations, global freight management, contract negotiation, and large-scale account leadership. Scott has successfully transitioned organisations from outsourced logistics models to fully integrated offshore operations, establishing and leading cross-border teams while implementing end-to-end supply chain and order management solutions.

In addition to his experience in the logistics sector, Scott is deeply connected with the Bowen Hills and wider Central-Brisbane community, with an ear to the ground on emerging opportunities and a deep contact list with key figures in the hospitality and entertainment space.

The club is very excited to add Scott to our team which is set to be a catalyst for significant expansion in our ability to host events and engage with the community more meaningfully and frequently.
