Brisbane Strikers Academy Strength & Conditioning is overseen by:

Master of High Performance Sport  Head of Sport Science


​Our strength and physical conditioning programs will give you the edge over  your opposition.


​You will benefit from custom-designed training that improves your endurance and  explosiveness in areas that directly impact your performance on the field.


Our programs are determined by age group to work in accordance with your physical  development.


​As an NPL player, your strength and conditioning program will:


  • Learn the importance of physical conditioning in performance and recovery.
  • Develop correct techniques that maximise the benefits of your program and  minimise risk of injury.
  • Measure and assess your progress on a regular basis to keep you motivated and  ensure you are following your personal program.
  • Develop strength, speed and explosiveness through muscle building and technique  training.


As a SAP player you will receive:

  • An introductory prehabilitation instruction that lays the foundations of body mechanics  and basic movements for your later development
