Our programs are determined by age group to work in accordance with your physical development.
As an Academy U13-U18 player, your strength and conditioning program will:
- Learn the importance of physical conditioning in performance and recovery.
- Develop correct techniques that maximise the benefits of your program and minimise risk of injury.
- Measure and assess your progress on a regular basis to keep you motivated and ensure you are following your personal program.
- Develop strength, speed and explosiveness through muscle building and technique training.
As a U9-U12 player you will receive:
- An introductory prehabilitation instruction that lays the foundations of body mechanics and basic movements for your later development
